The Juris Agency in Arlington, WA is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to support one of our local Farmers Insurance agencies. You will exceed customer service standards for current clients while assisting prospects who call in. Sales experience is preferred and a license may be required before starting.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing policy changes, and maintaining client records with a team-first attitude in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to client questions about policies, billing, and coverage.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products to clients.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and payments accurately.
• Assist walk-in and call-in prospects, routing to the right agent.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding documents, renewals, or requests.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through friendly, professional communication.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
