Job summary

The Juris Agency in California is seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our full-time team. You will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers while delivering the high level of support our clients expect.

The role emphasizes a high activity level, ongoing training, and career growth. A P&C license is required within 30 days of hire, and the position offers weekday hours with evenings off.

Qualifications

• Must have P&C license and appointment within 30 days of hire.
• Outgoing, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to create relationships from a cold start.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 150 calls and emails a day.
• Write New policies.
• Cross Sale.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
