Job summary

The Juris Agency in Washington State is hiring a Farmers Insurance Sales Representative to make high-volume outbound calls, follow up leads, educate customers, quote policies, and close deals. This role offers Base Salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses, with licensing support for those not yet licensed.

You must reside in Washington and work in-office as this is not a remote position. Sales experience is preferred, and applicants who are coachable, competitive, and resilient

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Not remote; must reside in Washington State and work in office.
• Licensing not required to apply; licensing support is offered.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls and follow up with leads.
• Generate new B2C and B2B business through prospecting and referrals.
• Educate customers, recommend coverage, and quote insurance policies.
• Overcome objections and confidently close sales.
• Manage your pipeline and build client relationships for referrals.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
