Job summary

The Juris Agency in Arlington, WA is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to support one of our local Farmers Insurance agencies. You will exceed customer service standards for current clients while assisting prospects who call in. Sales experience is preferred and a license may be required before starting.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing policy changes, and maintaining client records with a team-first attitude in a fast-paced office environment.

• Assist walk-in and call-in prospects, routing to the right agent.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding documents, renewals, or requests.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through friendly, professional communication.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

This is a full time Customer Service & Sales Representative position supporting one of our local Farmers Insurance agencies. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Property & Casualty Insurance License required before starting employment
• Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Basic computer/software proficiency (Google Workspace, CRM tools a plus)
