Job summary

The Juris Agency in Washington state is seeking an energetic insurance agent to guide clients through life, health, property, and casualty coverage, tailoring policies to their needs and assisting with applications and renewals.

You will build relationships through networking and referrals, deliver engaging sales presentations, and maintain product knowledge to explain benefits while meeting targets and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented self-starter with urgency.
• Comfortable pursuing leads via phone from multiple sources.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and thrive in a competitive environment.
• Ability to learn computer systems quickly and efficiently.
• Leadership and organizational skills; fast learner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to obtain insurance licenses (training covered).
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, and Russian is highly valued.
• Life & Health and/or Property and Casualty licenses preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Client acquisition through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to communicate benefits.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Provide post-sale support and handle issues.
• Stay informed about market trends and competition.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
