Greg Lunde State Farm Agency is seeking an Insurance Agent to handle sales and service for existing and new clients. This full-time role combines helping customers with guidance on policy options and ensuring accurate policy administration.

Ideal candidates hold a P&C and L&H license or are willing to obtain them, with strong communication, organization, and teamwork. Base pay ranges from $45,000 to $48,000 with PTO and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license or ability to obtain one.
• Active Life & Health license or ability to obtain one.
• Previous agency or sales experience is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, responsive service to existing State Farm customers and answer policy questions.
• Assist with policy changes, billing inquiries and explain insurance options.
• Manage and update customer records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support sales lead with follow-up, quotes, and related activities.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the current customer base.
• Educate clients on coverage and help them make informed decisions.
• Maintain organized records of interactions and service requests.
• Develop long-term relationships to support retention and growth.
