New to insurance? Brady Crawford State Farm in Kansas City, MO will get you licensed, selling, and servicing. We provide paid training, licensing support, and hands‑on coaching across both sales and service, so you can build a complete insurance skill set while you earn.

Pay range: $65,000-$85,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
