Jill Gaba Insurance Agcy Inc in Northfield, OH is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join a State Farm Agent Team. You will be trained, licensed, and coached to sell and service multi-line policies while earning base salary and commissions.

You will set appointments, manage client records, and work toward weekly and monthly sales and service goals, with opportunities to develop new business through referrals and warm follow-ups in a collaborative team environment.

New to insurance? Jill Gaba State Farm in Northfield, OH will get you licensed, selling, and servicing. We provide paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching across both sales and service, so you can build a complete insurance skill set while you earn.

Pay range: $55,000-$75,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
