The firm provides paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching across sales and service to help you build a complete insurance skill set while you earn.

You will set appointments, write policies, manage records, and strive to meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals while expanding coverage for customers.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Clear, confident communication on the phone and with customers
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Pay range: $50,000-$75,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
