Omar Soudani State Farm in Woodland Hills, CA is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to be trained, licensed, and versed in both sales and service. You will build a complete insurance skill set while earning, with training and coaching provided. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly encouraged.

You will quote, write, and service multi-line policies, set appointments, and guide customers through the sales process.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred; insurance training and licensing provided.
• Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses.

Pay range: $60,000-$100,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
