This is a new-business sales position—not primarily a customer service role. You'll work with prospects, uncover their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and turn opportunities into lasting client relationships.

We provide a supportive team environment, professional coaching, established sales processes, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow your career.

Our Outside Sales Team compensation plan includes hourly base pay, production-based commissions, and additional bonus opportunities when eligibility requirements are met. High performers can earn significantly more than base compensation.

Location: Purcellville, VA. On-site, hybrid, and remote arrangements may be considered based on qualifications and business needs.
