• Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance and financial service solutions to new and existing clients.

Job Description: Insurance Sales Representative — Base Salary, Uncapped Commission, Paid Training & Career Growth

We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance solutions for clients throughout the community and are looking for motivated, coachable, and competitive individuals who want the opportunity to grow professionally and financially.

This is not a commission-only position. Our compensation plan includes a highly competitive base salary, uncapped commission potential, and performance-based bonuses. With consistent effort, a strong work ethic, and commitment to our proven sales process, first-year team members can realistically earn at least $70,000.

You will receive comprehensive product and sales training, hands on coaching, and ongoing development designed to help you build confidence and succeed. No prior insurance experience is required if you bring the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
