Job summary

The Watson Agency is hiring a Sales Representative to join our Washington team. You will sell Property & Casualty insurance using warm leads provided by the agency, following our proven process to serve clients' best interests and protect their needs.

You will manage your pipeline, stay current on products, and maintain accurate underwriting and documentation. A licensed P&C producer ready to contribute will thrive in our fast-paced, goal-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must possess a customer-focused mindset and be coachable.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Licensed P&C producer with WA license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty insurance from warm leads provided by the agency.
• Follow a proven sales process to protect clients' best interests.
• Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Ensure accurate underwriting and documentation of policies.
• Stay updated on new products and industry changes.
