You will be the first contact for clients, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to grow the business. No cold calling, with commission-driven earnings potential for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone and in person.
• Deliver exceptional service and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Sell to current clients; no cold calling.
• Provide world-class customer service to clients and prospects.
• Answer inbound calls and greet walk-in customers professionally.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have proper coverage.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products/services.
• Generate new sales by cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our agency, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients—both over the phone and in person—while delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to grow our business. This is a combination of servicing and selling to our current clients - no cold calling!

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary + uncapped commission (earn on every sale) New to the industry employees can anticipate making $45,000 - $50,000 in their first year. Experienced candidates can make $70,000 plus with our uncapped commissions!
