Abel Duran-Farmers Insurance Agency in Moreno Valley is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to engage with local families, understand their needs, and propose suitable coverage options.

You will identify prospective clients, present quotes in clear terms, and maintain client records. Bilingual Spanish is valued; licensure in CA with P&C and Life/Health is required.

Qualifications

• California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Life & Health Insurance License.
• Two years of direct sales or customer service experience.
• Strong computer navigation and database management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients to introduce them to our insurance options.
• Listen deeply to the needs of individuals and families to recommend coverage that provides true peace of mind.
• Prepare clear, accurate quotes and explain complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language.
• Follow up with existing clients to review their coverage as their lives evolve and change.
• Contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere where we celebrate every win and support one another through challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow through on commitments made during meetings.
