THE BAAKLINI INSURANCE AGENCY in California is seeking a confident Sales Representative to join our team. In this full-time role you will sell and promote our insurance products while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will develop quotes, present to clients, and close sales while building relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and auto dealers. We value a positive attitude, coachability, and bilingual English/Spanish as a plus; licensing help is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license a plus (license assistance available).

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• An active Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus. We will be willing to help license the right talent.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
