Job summary

Catalina Bravo Insurance Agency in Montebello, CA is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join a growing team from day one. You will generate leads, meet with clients, and present Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions with generous commission-based earning and full training.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, community presence, and ethical service, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and listening.
• People-oriented with a natural ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
• Coachable, dependable, and committed to high ethical standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred — motivated candidates willing to obtain licensure will be fully supported.
• Experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus but absolutely not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and build a strong client pipeline through networking, referrals, community outreach, and agency-provided leads.
• Schedule appointments and meet with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs.
• Present and sell appropriate Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with consistent follow-up.
• Represent the agency professionally and ethically in the Montebello community.
• Stay current on products, industry changes, licensing requirements, and continuing education.
