Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers to understand insurance needs and recommend coverage.
• Provide and explain auto, home, renters, and other insurance quotes clearly.
• Follow up with leads to close sales and meet monthly production goals.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Process new business applications and assist with policy changes and endorsements.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity notes in agency systems.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.
• Work with the agency team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements
