David Acevedo Insurance Agency in Pharr, TX is seeking an energetic insurance sales representative to join our fast-paced agency sales team. You will work with a dynamic group of sales representatives that share your desire to win.

Position pays a competitive base with a generous commission structure that works well for those who are disciplined and follow our proven sales process. This role emphasizes client relationships, quotes, and closing deals, with a Mon-Fri schedule and ample training,

Qualifications

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Generating insurance quotes.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and personal goals
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services
