Cisneros Allstate Agency in Elmwood Park, IL is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, meeting sales goals, and providing excellent service to families. You will work closely with a supportive team, manage quotes for auto, home, renters, and more, and grow professionally within a community-focused agency.

Strong communication skills and a drive to close deals are essential, with bilingual Spanish/English being a plus.

Qualifications

• Illinois Property & Casualty license preferred; we will provide guidance to obtain it.
• Previous sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Connect with prospective customers to understand insurance needs and recommend coverage.
• Provide and explain auto, home, renters, and other insurance quotes clearly.
• Follow up with leads to close sales and meet monthly production goals.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Process new business applications and assist with policy changes and endorsements.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity notes in agency systems.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.
• Work with the agency team to achieve sales goals.
