Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required—retail, phone sales, inside sales, or similar.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license.

Responsabilités

• Connect with prospective customers by phone, through follow-ups, and in person.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customers’ insurance needs.
• Once licensed, explain insurance options and help customers choose coverage that fits their needs.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, ask for referrals, and actively pursue new business.
• Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to the team’s success.
• Keep customer information and follow-up activities organized and up to date.
