Job summary

Cleft on the Rock is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales representative to join our team. You will meet with business owners and employees to provide supplemental insurance solutions and build a personal client base.

This is a full-time, outside sales role that emphasizes relationship-building, scheduling flexibility, and performance-based pay with draw, commissions, and bonuses. Remote/hybrid work supports growth of your book of business.

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses as an independent contractor
