• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their changing needs
• Serve your fellow Hoosiers by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties
• Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
• Develop and establish long-lasting customer relationships

Requirement

Who Are We Looking For?

• Driven individuals with a strong business acumen who :
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Already possess a property and casualty license.
• Excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have prior experience in insurance (highly preferred).
