Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience, a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one, and strong spoken and written communication. Mon-Fri schedule; health insurance benefits offered.

Ben Osenga Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The Insurance Sales Agent will help individuals and families identify their insurance needs, provide personalized coverage options, and develop long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with customers, comfortable discussing insurance products, motivated by achieving sales goals, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
