James Leone State Farm Agency in Glenmont, NY is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our growing team. You’ll build relationships, generate new business from leads and referrals, and convert opportunities into results. No insurance experience required; if you have strong sales skills and a willingness to learn, we’ll train you.

We offer a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus uncapped commissions. You’ll work full-time, enjoy team support, and have access to leads and a proven client

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Conduct insurance needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Present and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products within your licensing authority.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships through additional coverage and protection options.
• Develop and manage an active sales pipeline, including consistent follow-up with prospective customers.
• Meet established sales and production goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to support continued agency growth.
