Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring Insurance Sales Agents in Flemington, NJ. The role focuses on identifying customer needs and recommending a range of insurance products, including personal lines, small commercial, and life.

You will build relationships with carriers and act as a liaison between clients and insurers. The position offers a base salary of $45,000–$52,000 with uncapped commissions and the potential to earn $60,000–$100,000 in the first year, plus incentives and career growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience meeting set metrics.
• In-office position; reside within commutable distance from Flemington, NJ.
• Must be able to develop your own leads; network and prospect to generate leads.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (personal lines, small commercial, life).
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company reps and underwriters; liaise between client and insurer.
• Develop own leads through referrals (realtors, brokers, lenders, etc.).
