Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and other insurance products and build relationships with prospective customers.
• Respond quickly to incoming quote requests, follow up, and confidently ask for the business.
• Be available to respond to quotes after 5 PM when opportunities arise.
• Have genuine conversations, ask questions, listen, and connect with customers on a personal level.
• Handle incoming calls, make outbound calls, and spot sales opportunities in everyday conversations.
• Set goals, track progress, overcome objections, and take ownership of results.
• Develop insurance knowledge and sales skills continuously.
