Job summary

Gobravvo is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative in Round Rock, TX. This full-time role offers comprehensive training and a clear path to growth, including preparation for becoming a State Farm agent. Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters with strong communication skills. No prior insurance experience required.

Qualifications

• Must reside within a 20-mile radius of the office
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license prior to start date
• Ability to obtain Life & Health license prior to start date
• Preferred: 1–2 years of sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
• Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales to new and existing clients
• Establish and nurture client relationships, providing ongoing support and timely follow-ups as needed
• Build and maintain a robust network of professional relationships to generate new business opportunities
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a focus on achieving daily and long-term success
• Identify and develop new service opportunities within the existing client base and with prospective clients
• Uphold the agency's standards for trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior at all times
