You will build a complete insurance skill set through hands-on coaching, set appointments, hit weekly goals, and develop new business through outreach. Base pay plus commissions and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Comfortable balancing sales goals with day‑to‑day customer service
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
• Organized and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through

Responsibilities

• Quote, write, and service multi-line insurance policies as you build a complete insurance skill set
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals
• Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross‑selling during reviews
• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow‑ups
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
