Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments
• Health and Accident licenses may be required as deemed necessary
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products; meet targets.
• Conduct policy reviews, assess risk, quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting rules.
• Build rapport with members, respond promptly to inquiries, and support satisfaction.
• Prospect locally, engage community events, develop referrals, and cross-sell opportunities.
