VetJobs is seeking a sales-focused professional in Bellevue, NE to drive insurance and financial product sales. You will build relationships, manage a client base, and grow revenue through community engagement and referrals.

Base pay plus incentives and full benefits are offered; ramp-up support is provided. This role requires licenses and active engagement in sales efforts within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must qualify and maintain all applicable state licenses/appointments for selling and servicing memberships.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance and financial products within a branch; meet or exceed sales targets and incentives.
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk, identify gaps, and quote and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build rapport with members/clients, respond to inquiries promptly, and support customer satisfaction.
• Prospect locally, engage in community events, develop referral networks, and cross-sell opportunities.
