Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is hiring a full-time sales specialist at our Mishawaka, IN branch to grow the insurance, memberships and financial products portfolio. You will engage customers, educate on coverages, close sales, and build lasting relationships with members and referrals.

The role offers base pay plus incentives, ramp-up support of $2,500, and comprehensive benefits. Training and tools are provided to accelerate success in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in insurance is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Own sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products
• Conduct needs assessment, quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines
• Build and maintain rapport with members, respond to inquiries with professionalism
• Prospect and engage in local events to grow referrals and cross-sell opportunities
