Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance, memberships, and financial products; meet sales targets.
• Conduct reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote/issue policies per guidelines.
• Build rapport with members, respond promptly to inquiries, and support customer satisfaction.
• Prospect locally, engage with the community, and develop referral opportunities.
