AAA The Auto Club Group in Lockport, IL is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Agent to own the sale and service of insurance products, memberships, and financial services. You will build relationships, drive referrals, and meet sales targets in a busy branch environment.

You will receive base pay plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and ramp-up support to help you establish your pipeline and grow your book of business during the first months.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow the portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and meet targets.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients; respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency; support customer satisfaction and trust in the AAA brand.
• Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross-sell opportunities into Travel and Financial Services.
