Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a results‑driven sales professional in Bloomington, IL. This full‑time, on‑site role combines insurance, memberships, and financial products sales with high‑touch service to AAA members and clients.

You will build trusted relationships, qualify needs, and close sales while meeting targets. Ramp‑up support and substantial incentive opportunities are offered within a collaborative branch environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Active Life and Health insurance license or obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to sell AAA/Auto Club Group memberships.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer‑facing experience in a fast‑paced setting.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance, memberships, and financial products in the branch.
• Conduct insurance reviews, quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting rules.
• Build rapport with members; respond to inquiries to drive satisfaction and trust.
• Engage in local events to prospect and expand referral opportunities.
