Qualifications

• License (Property & Casualty) within the first two months of employment or already licensed.
• Strong sales skills and ability to work in a fast-paced call center.
• Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Experience in insurance sales is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, text, or other mediums.
• Assess customer insurance needs and recommend suitable policy options across multiple carriers.
• Communicate the value of auto, home, renters, commercial and other products.
• Process applications and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a high-volume call center.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals through effective closing techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Be flexible with work hours and attend to assigned projects.
