Job summary

Confie, along with its family of companies, is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers in a high-volume inbound environment in the United States. You will build relationships, meet sales goals, and participate in comprehensive training and licensing programs.

The position offers $12–$18/hour plus uncapped commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Build relationships with clients and educate them on suitable products.
• Accurate handling of transactions and deposits in agency system.
