Job summary

Confie seeks an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will benefit from a high volume of inbound leads, comprehensive paid training and licensing, plus ongoing mentorship and development.

The role is full-time with a pay range of $60,000–$150,000 per year, including commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Fluency in English and Spanish is a strong plus and there are ample opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred; we’ll support you in obtaining one
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers
• Grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance where applicable
• Build lasting relationships and be a trusted advisor
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
