Confie, a leading US insurance broker, is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products. You'll work with inbound leads and walk-in traffic, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals while building lasting client relationships.

Requirements include a valid Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (preferred; we’ll support you to obtain one), bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, plus a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills.
