Job summary

All Access Agency seeks a confident Insurance Sales Professional for a dynamic outbound role. You will generate appointments, present insurance products, and close sales while building trust with customers.

This position offers base pay with commission up to 10% of policy premium, unlimited earning potential, and benefits including PTO, health insurance, 401k, and work from home. Bilingual candidates welcome; Property & Casualty License required.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• Insurance experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health license also preferred).
• Confident, motivated, able to work independently and multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• 200+ outbound calls daily to generate new business.
• Develop insurance quotes, present and close sales.
• Call prospective customers using telephones, dialing systems, and internet tools.
• Educate prospective customers on protecting families and assets.
• Provide a positive customer experience.
