Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in the Midlothian, VA area is seeking an in-office Insurance Sales professional. Identify customer needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial and life products while building your book and earning renewal income.

The role offers a base pay of $45,000 per year plus uncapped commissions, with forecasted earnings of $60,000 to $85,000 in the first year. Top performers may receive annual trips and other incentives, supported by a robust Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Must reside within commutable distance from Swift Creek, VA.
• Experience with networking and prospecting to generate own leads.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters; liaise between client and insurer.
• Develop leads through referrals sources including realtors, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, bankers, and AAA member referrals.
