Wall Insurance Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Rep to drive outbound sales, present solutions, and build relationships in the community. You’ll sell multiple lines of insurance, tailor recommendations, and nurture leads, with a path toward growth and ownership potential.

Licensing and ongoing development are part of the role. The compensation includes a base salary of $40,000 with first-year earnings ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, plus benefits, mentoring, and a sign-on bonus for licensed

Qualificações

• Active P&C and Life & Health license required.
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable hearing “no” and continuing forward.
• Willingness to bet on yourself.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Deliver clear and confident sales presentations.
• Sell multiple lines of insurance based on customer needs.
