Humbard Agency, LLC is seeking a hungry and driven sales representative to help grow the agency. The role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions across personal, commercial, and life lines.

Base hourly pay is $20 with first-year earnings of $55,000–$75,000, plus warm leads, flexible scheduling, PTO, holidays, and bonus opportunities. Licensing assistance is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license preferred, licensing assistance provided for the right candidate.
• Prior sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, resilient and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities.
• Quote, present, and close insurance policies.
• Build referral networks and ask for referrals.
• Cross-sell to existing clients and expand accounts.
• Sell personal, commercial, and life insurance products.
