Job summary

Wes Parks Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to be the voice and face of the agency, helping customers identify insurance needs and sell policies to protect clients. Base pay plus commission and bonuses range from $45,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Active Mississippi Property & Casualty License or Mississippi Personal Lines License is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve agency targets.
• Recommend and customize insurance policies to meet clients’ needs.
• Identify potential clients through networking and leads provided by the agency.
• Stay informed on insurance policies and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and complies with industry standards.
