Job summary

Patrick Matthews Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to drive agency growth, build client relationships, and help customers select the right coverage. Join a team focused on training and exceptional service to support your success.

You will generate new business, quote and present insurance solutions, and maintain client records within the CRM in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience (1-2 years minimum).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and sell insurance products to prospective clients.
• Conduct policy reviews and uncover additional coverage opportunities.
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity within the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals.
