Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• CRM software and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Licensing: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Meet with prospective clients to assess insurance needs and present coverages.
• Explain benefits and options, customize insurance programs for clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships with ongoing service and reviews.
• Prepare and submit applications and policy renewals; liaise with underwriters.
