Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking an Agency Producer to work closely with a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner to grow the agency through sales, marketing, and exceptional customer service.

You will generate new business, manage existing client relationships, and support the agency's growth objectives while pursuing licensing and career advancement in the insurance industry.

As a Farmers Insurance Agency Producer, you will work closely with a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner to help grow the agency through sales, marketing, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to build a career in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and supporting the agency's overall growth objectives.

- Sales Generation: Proactively prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

- Insurance Solutions: Present and sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance, to meet the needs of clients.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their ongoing insurance needs.

-Quoting & Policy Writing: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage, and complete the policy issuance process.

- Client Retention: Review policies with existing clients, offer policy upgrades, and ensure renewals are handled smoothly.

- Marketing & Community Outreach: Participate in local marketing initiatives and community events to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.

- Administrative Support: Assist the agency owner with administrative tasks such as managing client files, handling billing inquiries, and processing claims.

- Licensing: Must be willing to obtain state insurance licenses (auto, home, life, etc.). Farmers will provide guidance and support in obtaining these licenses.

- Sales Skills: Strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals (insurance sales experience is a plus).

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain insurance products and build rapport with clients.
