AAA The Auto Club Group in St. Augustine, FL is hiring for a full-time sales role focused on insurance and financial products.

The position offers base pay plus incentives, a W-2 structure, and full benefits, with a Monday–Friday schedule in a busy branch and potential for career growth through community engagement and referrals. You will build a client base through consistent outreach, proactive engagement, and strong follow-up while meeting sales targets and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling Membership products
• Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary by the Business Unit
• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated environment

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch
• Conduct comprehensive reviews to assess risk and identify coverage gaps
• Quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines
• Build and maintain rapport with members and clients to support satisfaction and loyalty
• Engage in local events to prospect and expand referral networks
