Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Minnesota seeks a full-time sales professional to manage the sale and ongoing service of insurance, memberships, and financial products. You will grow the book of business through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.

You will build client relationships, conduct reviews, and strive to exceed targets with a competitive incentive plan and ramp-up income support during the initial months.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license (or ability to obtain) within stated timeframe.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products; generate new business and retain clients.
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk, identify gaps, quote, bind, and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build and maintain rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries promptly, support satisfaction and trust in the AAA brand.
• Prospect through community events and referrals to maximize member value and cross-sell opportunities.
