AAA The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Florida seeks a results-driven sales professional to own the sale and ongoing service of insurance, memberships, and financial products within a busy branch. You will identify client needs, close sales, and drive revenue growth through excellent service and local networking.

The role offers base pay plus incentives, full benefits, and ramp-up earnings support during the first months as you build your pipeline and relationships with clients and the AAA community.

Qualifications

1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
Active Insurance licenses or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Must qualify and maintain required state licenses/appointments for selling Membership products.

Responsibilities

Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered products.
Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk and quote, bind, and issue policies.
Build and maintain rapport with members; respond to inquiries promptly.
Prospect via community engagement and referrals to grow the book of business.
